Alabama Updates Regulation 36 Regarding Surplus Lines

AL | The Alabama Department of Insurance has updated Regulation 36 pertaining to surplus lines.

Effective January 1, 2025, each surplus line broker shall file a quarterly report detailing surplus lines transactions occurring in the state in the previous calendar quarter.
