The Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and the Treasury released final rules regarding Short-Term, Limited-Duration Insurance (STLDI) and Independent, Non-coordinated Excepted Benefits Coverage on March 28, 2024.
The purpose of this Bulletin is to advise insurers and other interested parties of the rates and form filing requirements for these plans.
