AL| The Alabama Department of Insurance has released updated regulation for Nonprofit Agricultural Organizations Offering Health Benefits, specifically Chapter 482-1-168.02 – Premium Tax Collection, outlining the tax required, due dates, where to find payment instructions, and distribution for those collected funds. New December 5, 2025, Effective January 1, 2026.
