Holmes, Murphy & Associates: freeing service teams for client-focused work 

For Holmes, Murphy & Associates, the challenge was balancing client deliverables with administrative burdens like policy checks and document retrieval. By leveraging ReSource Pro’s Policy Insights and document retrieval services, the firm freed its service teams to focus on consultative and technical client support. 

“One of our biggest things that ReSource Pro has done to really help us is document retrieval. We are currently up to 12 carriers that we utilize them for, but we have over 100 in total. Instead of going out to carrier websites to grab policy documents or loss runs, our teams can now focus on client questions, deliverables, and technical expertise.” – Danielle Sturzenbach, VP of Client Service. 

This shift also enabled Holmes Murphy to standardize processes across diverse verticals – from construction, to technology, to employee benefits – despite the industry’s inherent complexity. 

“We’ve had to rethink how we’re going to teach the why. Historically, agencies have said, ‘You have to do this to understand.’ Now, with ReSource Pro, we can explain it while they handle the process.” 

Kaplansky Insurance: scaling growth through operations 

With 46 acquisitions and counting, Kaplansky Insurance faced the challenge of scaling operations while maintaining client service. COO Jennifer Soares turned to ReSource Pro to offload back-office tasks, giving account managers more time for sales and service. 

“Our purpose of ReSource Pro was to take all the backend items off of their plate, free their time up in order for them to do more account rounding and more of the sales side versus paperwork.” 

This operational lift has enabled Kaplansky’s teams to focus on cross-sells, upsells, and referrals, fueling growth across 16 locations without adding headcount.
