MO| Missouri Insurance Bulletin 26-02 asks all insurers writing real or personal property in Missouri to ensure the Department of Commerce and Insurance has a current Catastrophe/Disaster Coordination Contact who can directly engage with the Director and senior leadership after a disaster on response efforts, logistics, regulatory issues, media inquiries, coordinated communications, consumer outreach, and industry disaster-response calls. If the designated contact has changed, insurers should update the information via the NAIC Uniform Certificate of Authority Application (UCAA) electronic portal by filing Form 14 (no Missouri fee applies), and should not file if the contact remains the same.
