| NEW YORK, April 19, 2010…The International Association of Outsourcing Professions (IAOP), in association with Fortune magazine, today named ReSource Pro a “Rising Star” in the global outsourcing industry. Ranked #43, ReSource Pro is the only insurance outsourcing company to receive such an honor. The 2010 listing shows that ReSource Pro achieved a three-year growth rate of 2,239.5%. The company’s phenomenal rise is best understood by comparing 2005 revenues of $330,000, generated by 5 clients and 42 dedicated employees, to 2008 revenues of $7 million with 60 clients and 469 employees. Companies were judged by an eight-person independent panel that examined 18 criteria, including size, growth, customer references, organizational competencies, and management capabilities. “Once again, this year’s outsourcing companies showed impressive growth, particularly considering the economy,” said Jagdish Dalal, Certified Outsourcing Professional™ (COP), IAOP’s managing director of thought leadership, who led the judges’ panel. This is a second major honor for ReSource Pro, which exclusively serves the insurance industry, in recent months.
