Andy Potash, Chairman Emeritus
Andy has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and is the founder of Distinguished Programs Group, an insurance program manager focused on the real estate sector. Previously he was President of Frank Crystal & Co., Inc., a large property/casualty broker based in New York City and prior to that, Senior Vice President at Alexander & Alexander of New York, President of Davis, Dorland & Co. and Potash Associates, and Executive Vice President of Bayly, Martin & Fay.

David Watkins, Chairman
David is Chairman of ReSource Pro. He has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, most recently as Director of Equity Capital Markets in London for Baring Securities. Prior to that, David spent 19 years with Goldman Sachs as Executive Director and Head of the London Real Estate Department, Eurobond Syndicate Manager, and head of the London Corporate Finance Department. David is currently non-executive Chairman of Close Brothers Venture Capital Trust, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Dan is CEO of ReSource Pro. Dan previously served at ReSource Pro as vice president for business development. He has over ten years of experience working with technology startup companies, helping them to plan and execute market entry strategies. In 2000, Dan founded the US-Israel Business Exchange, a non-profit organization devoted to fostering partnerships between Israeli high tech companies and US. He served for four years as President and Executive Director. Previous positions include three years running the Commercial Section of the Embassy of Israel in Washington D.C., working as assistant editor at the Bank of Israel and serving in the Armored Corps of the Israel Defense Forces.

Matthew Bruno, Managing Director of Operations, Qingdao
Matt founded ReSource Pro’s office in China, serving as Managing Director of Operations for the last two years. Prior to moving to China, Matt was Product Development Analyst for Distinguished Programs Group from 1999-2002, where he specialized in the implementation of new insurance programs, designing procedures, reports, and workflows. As Director of Operations of ReSource Pro’s China office, Matt brings together an understanding of U.S. insurance agency operations, client services, technology and the Chinese business environment. Matt speaks fluent Chinese.

Laura Downey, Vice President, Client Integration
Laura runs ReSource Pro’s Client Integration operations. Laura has thirteen years experience in the insurance industry. She spent nine years as Production Underwriter for Distinguished Programs Group, managing New Business Underwriting & Wholesale divisions and participating in program development and placement. Prior to that Laura worked at wholesale brokerage American E&S as broker assistant. Laura brings considerable knowledge and understanding of insurance operations and the needs and challenges of production underwriters and their staff.

She previously help positions in marketing, advertising, and public relations in international companies such as Estee Lauder and Tetra Pak. Donna Smith, Director, Business Development
Donna has 32 years experience in a retail agency that grew from 3 people to over 300. She held many positions in her time with the agency, and coordinated the acquisition assimilation of over 10 agencies. She also managed the conversion of several agency and document management systems and oversaw the outsourcing of tasks offshore.

K. Patrick Armstrong, CPCU , Business Process Consultant
Patrick joins ReSource Pro with 20 years of insurance experience, most recently as Vice President and Principal of L.V. Toole Insurance Agency, Inc. of Lee, Massachusetts. Prior to the Toole Agency, he was a reinsurance broker with PWS (USA) Inc. in NYC. He has earned designations as CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), AIS (Associate in Insurance Services), and CWCA (Certified WorkComp Advisor). Patrick graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the former College of Insurance (now St. John’s University) in NYC.

Ruth Stankovich, VP, Director of Human Resources
Ruth began her career in New York City at Citigroup where she worked her way up from operations, to Branch Manager before moving over to Human Resources as a Vice President and Senior Human Resources Consultant. Prior to coming to ReSource Pro, Ruth was the Director of Strategic Operations at The Madison Consulting Group, a small training, outsourcing and consulting company focused on Fortune 500 clients. While there, Ruth managed the company's largest training outsourcing contract.

Violet Xu, Processing Director
Violet joined ReSource Pro in Feb 2004 as the fourth employee in the Qingdao office. Violet has performed many roles at RSP over the last 4 year; processor, team leader, project manager, and human resource manager. Most recently Violet has been put in charge of ReSource Pro’s processing unit. Prior to joining ReSource Pro, Violet worked on a British Foundation & A-level Courses Institute as administrator and teacher in Ningbo City for two years. Violet graduated from Changchun Taxation College in 2001 with a BA in Economics.

Emily Yu, Processing Director, and Director of Quality Assurance
Emily joined Resource Pro in May 2004 as the fifth employee. Emily has experience working with Program Administrators, MGA, Retail Brokers, and TPA clients and currently manages multiple client teams. Emily is also taking a leading role in managing ReSource Pro’s Operational Excellence initiatives.
