The weeklong trip to China has been designed to facilitate networking, meetings with the teams, and allow executives traveling to China to get unprecedented access to the inner workings of ReSource Pro. Operations folks traveling to China about the same time, are encouraged to spend their week working with their team and joining the executive track during networking dinners and the Innovation Summit on Friday 9/24. |

Executives will have the chance to interact and network in an informal environment during touring Qingdao or Jinan and nearby sites.
Clients, who attended the meeting in the past, report that this informal setting is a great venue to share best practices and stories and build new friendships and business relationships.

Spend a day at the ReSource Pro office and get to experience first hand the office environment. It is a unique opportunity to witness the team in action and understand how the overall environment motivates employees to perform on their tasks.
We recommend that you spend time with your team to:

- Review the team’s capabilities and brainstorm other possible tasks.
- Share with them more information about the company, its mission and goals.
This type of interaction will build bond with the team and consequently result to better productivity, and improved communication.

Attend one or as many presentations that might be of your interest and gain unprecedented access to the inner working of ReSource Pro. It is your chance to meet the people behind the scenes and learn
- About the company’s future plans what that means for your organization.
- Learn about the Quality Assurance processes in place and how that affects the quality of the work you receive.
- Learn about the recruiting process, background checks and how that translates to quality team members.
- Take the new hires insurance test, sit in a training session and experience first hand the college level training all of the employees undergo. This will showcase that their extensive knowledge will be beneficial as you are considering higher-level tasks.
